Meal Prep is a tool for meal planning and organization. While we strive to provide accurate nutritional data and safe cooking advice, we are not professional nutritionists or chefs. Always use your best judgment and follow local food safety guidelines.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Meal Prep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License & Content
Permission is granted to use Meal Prep for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
User-Generated Content
By submitting recipes to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that content publicly if you mark it as "Public". Private recipes remain private.
Prohibited Use
You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or mirror the software and materials found on Meal Prep. Scraping recipes without permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Disclaimer & Limitations
The materials on Meal Prep are provided on an 'as is' basis. Meal Prep makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall Meal Prep or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
4. Subscription Terms
- Plans: We offer "Basic", "Pro", and "Family" plans. Features of each plan are detailed on the pricing page.
- Payments: All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service as well.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
